The pergola is delivered by freight carrier, they will drive it to your curbside. We will contact you when your product is on the way to schedule the date and delivery time, you must confirm a delivery time when you or someone over 18 years of age is present to help unload the packages, review, and sign for delivery. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, or a long wooden crate.
